BE Electronics and Communications applicants must have passed a Plus 2 or Intermediate Diploma in Science or Engineering, have C grades in all subjects, and have completed 100 points in mathematics. Bio groups can also apply.

BE Civil

BE Civil applicants must have passed a C grade Plus Two or Intermediate of Science or Diploma in Engineering in all subjects and passed a 100-point mathematics test. Bio groups can also apply.

Scholarships:

Category of grant

1. Full Scholarship

100% tuition fee scholarship for the first 20 honors students.

2. Sponsored Scholarships

 The first 20 enrolments (40 BE citizens) will be paid 50% of tuition.

3. KCC Merit Scholarship

At least 1.5% of students receive KCC scholarships. Scholarships are awarded according to different criteria.

 College Scholarship

· Merit Scholarship

The top 5% of participating students receive 80% of the total university tuition. Scholarships in this category continue as long as the student does not pass the semester exams.

·   Reservation granted

5% of all students receive a scholarship of 100% of the total college tuition. Students are required to pay annual college fees. Decisions are made according to university standards or grades are set. Norms:

1.  Purbanchal University Entrance Examination Achievement Rate – 25%

2.  SEE exam score acquisition rate – 5%

3. Percentage of results achieved on 10+2/ I. Sc./ or equivalent – 10%

4. SEE in community/public schools – 5%

5. 10+2 or equivalent from a public university 5%

6. Female – 10%

7. Dalits/Indigenous Groups/Ethnic Groups/Madesh/Muslims – 10%

8. Students from remote or underdeveloped countries – 10%

9. Families of missing persons/Families of martyrs/Families of injured members of the Popular Movement (Jana Andolan) and Madesh Movement/Victims of conflict/Displaced persons – 10%

10. Ex-Kamaiyah/Harrier and Underprivileged Groups – 10%
